Refund Policy

BooksIndya provides refunds only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or faulty product(s)
2. Wrong product(s) delivered (not as per your order)
3. Cancellation of order before dispatch

• After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the refund status.
• If approved, refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 3 days (depending on payment gateway and banking channels).
• Orders placed using gift certificates or coupon discounts may receive refund as a new gift certificate or store credit of the same value.
• Postage/courier charges are not refundable.
• BooksIndya reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product appears used.
• No refunds for OLD/USED books purchased from our website.
