Replacement Policy

- We check products before dispatch, but damage may occur in transit. Products with manufacturing defects, transit damage, or quality issues may be eligible for replacement.
- If you receive a defective product, email Booksindya2024@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7003810616 within 48 hours of receipt. Provide reason and photos for quick resolution.
- We will inspect your request, approve replacement if valid, and provide pickup/reshipment details. We aim for minimum hassle.
- Once return is received from the customer, we ship another copy of the same product within 24 hours.
- BooksIndya does not provide replacement for OLD/USED books purchased from our website.
